Polished Pigments™ are available in 72 colors. Imagine the old days when artists like Leonardo da Vinci ground their own pigments to make their own oil paint. LuminArte has ground pure color for you and added the polish (sparkle/pearl of mica powder). These are very INTENSE colors that sparkle, as if mini pearls in a bottle.

Comes in three types and two convenient sizes

Simple Solutions™ are:

  • Formulated acrylic mediums with recommended surfaces in mind.
  • Non-toxic and water soluble
  • Ready to mix with Polished Pigments™, glitter, & mica powders
  • NOTE: May also be used as an extender for other acrylic based paints.

HOW TO USE:

  • Full strength, use one part Polished Pigments™ to 2 parts Simple Solutions™ to make your own shimmering acrylic paints. Create a soft sheer look by adding more Simple Solutions™.
  • Colors dry completely in 72 hours.
  • When using on Fabric, for wash fastness, iron your piece with a protective cloth for a full 2 minutes on medium setting. Keep your iron moving to avoid burning the fabric. Optional: Put in dryer after heat setting with the iron to continue the heat setting process.
