Thread Sketches Patterns & Instructional CDs

Thread Sketches are a series of quilt patterns developed by Linda Visnaw of Golden Threads. The patterns are for making whole cloth quilts, with no end of possibilities.

To Thread Sketch

• Simple trace the design with your sewing machine.
• Do not try to follow the lines exactly - just loosely trace stitching over each area several times (3 times minimum)
• This is the perfect technique for building free-motion confidence and to learn coloring on fabric with Tsukineko All Purpose Inks and Fabrico Markers.
