It is printed on a roll of paper that enables you to make as many or as few triangles as you want with any combinations of two to four different fabrics

It is available in many finished sizes

A continuous grid for less waste and more control of fabric combinations. A paper grid for accurately sewing half square triangle to be used for making quarter square triangle blocks. Cut two fabrics as instructed on packaging for width and length to obtain the number of blocks needed. Follow instructions on paper grid for sewing and cutting. For best results, use 18-20 stitches per inch.

I asked my quilting friends "What do you need to make quilt making easier and to help you finish your projects?" Their reply, "We need help deciding on pieced borders and how to apply them." Another said "Are there any more uses for Triangles on a Roll grid paper?" So I combined the two concerns and have written this book to share some ideas and techniques that I believe should help. Triangles on a Roll grid paper is a notion that allows you to make the building blocks of many designs quickly and efficiently so that you may have the time to play with arrangements and enjoy the process of making your quilt. It is available at many quilt ships. My friends took these ideas and applied them to their projects. As a result, quilts were finished, pre-printed panels were used in very creative ways, and they finished some very fine quilts.

The border pages show how to use one little block in many different ways to produce many styles of borders.

In addition, there is a section on innovative ways to use Triangles on a Roll grid paper. Twisting Stars, Quarter Square Diamonds, and many others are fun to make and help you get the work done easily. There are also several designs, which I refer to as Conver-sational blocks. Many are designs fro children's quilts. Using the quarter square triangles allows unlimited potential for your creativity.
