Pattie Donham has been crafting everyday things into extraordinary art for 20-plus years as a designer, television host, executive producer, product consultant and author in the world of crafts. Known by her friends and fans as "PattieWack" she is as wacky, disarming and talented as she seems as the host on her current public-broadcast television show, Craft Studios.
She has appeared on numerous national television shows, including the DIY Jewelry Making Show, Aleene's Creative Living, Home Matters, Our Home, QVC Home Shopping, Home & Family at Universal Studios, and the Home Shopping Network.
One apparent obsession is her collection of tassels and pompoms. "My greatest inventions to date are the PattiWack Tassel Tool and Pompom Tool", says Pattie. Her design studio is filled with a menagerie of tassels, beads, rubber stamps, paint, fabric, her trusty glue gun and everything needed for quilts and sewing projects.
She stays busy with
her partner, Scott Wilkinson, at their video production company, Insight Film
& Video. Pattie enjoys writing the PattieWack Newsletter, developing new products,
and writing books.
