Playbook |

Let your quilting creativity shine. Grow from making nice quilts to creating fabulous quilts! Feel confident making any project from this exciting collection of quilt designs. By simply following each thoroughly illustrated step, one after the other (just like eating that proverbial elephant...one small bite at a time) - you will end up with the glorious quilts you've always dreamed of making.
But perhaps you're thinking...hold your elephants! Beautiful quilts require more than a great sewing strategy. After all, there are fabric colors and personalities to consider. Maybe until now picking out fabric for your quilt has given you "the Willies."
Learn the secrets of developing your own unique eye for color and use this knowledge to improve your design skills with every quilt you make. The best part is, you will have FUN, FUN, FUN while the quilts you make just get better and better.
There are no mind numbing rules to remember. Instead you get information you can relate to and ideas you can use to improve your quiltmaking skills right now. Use The Quilt Maniac's Playbook to fuel your quilt imagination as you let your creativity sing!
"Initially the quilt looked challenging but I loved the design so much, I decided to make it anyway. Wow! It went together like a dream. My friends think I'm a genius." -Corky Scheller, Harmony, PA
"I've quilted for many years and these instructions are simply the best." -Rachel Greco, Grandma's Attic Sewing Imporium, Dallas, OR
About the Author: Nicole C. Chambers has won awards for both quilting and photography. She is committed to teaching and encouraging all quilters to honor their unique creativity, always coaxing them to stretch themselves a little with every quilting project. Motivated by the recognition that it can be hard to find time to indulge our passion to quilt as much as we would like to, Nicole drafts her patterns with a keen eye towards quality. She remembers well the precious moments we finally have for ourselves at the end of a taxing day, or the frustrations we feel when we can't figure out what the next step is and at 2:00 AM find ourselves wondering if it would be reasonable to ask the telephone operator if she quilts.
