Carmen just finished remodeling an 850 square foot studio and is always working on some kind of art. She owned a craft retail store for over five years and began designing her own line of patterns in 1995. The multitalented artist has worked with a number of media, including primitive dolls, paper clay, hooking, quilting, punch needle, collage, Raggedy Ann dolls, and stitchery. She loves and collects antiques, especially cameras, games, and children's toys. Her artistic creativity finds expression in her gardening, cooking, and music. She hopes to learn the piano she now owns.
