Linda Huber and Bonnie Collins have created a delightful book entitled Chicken Buffet. Included are a smorgasbord of 12 quilt blocks, recipes and detailed instructions. At the last minute they decided to include recipes with the patterns for each block. Cooking, eating and sewing - enjoy!

IntroductionWhich came first—the chicken, or the recipe? The quilt came first! The design work actually started with the chicken and the food theme evolved out of the humorous designs. We are betting that this upbeat mix of frolicking fowls and delicious dishes will fly off the shelves and into the hands of quilters and cooks everywhere. About the AuthorsLinda Huber and Bonnie Collins have been friends for almost a decade now. The designing duo met while working on quilts for Project Linus, the popular charity that provides blankets for children. " I have been quilting and teaching since 1993," says Linda. " Before that, I started sewing garments when I was five years old. Bonnie is excellent at decorative needlework and has done that for many years, so the Chicken Buffet quilt was the perfect team project for the two of us." So what's next for Linda & Bonnie? Linda chuckled before answering. We have gone back to working on our personal projects while we wait to see how this book is received." They believe it is wise to refrain from counting chickens or book sales ahead of time.
