Cindy
Gorder is a professional graphic artist and freelance designer of needle and paper
crafts. Many of her projects have been published in craft magazines and she is
the author of three other books: Greeting Cards in an Afternoon (Sterling,2001),
Fancy Work with Beading (Design Original, 2000), and Beaded Crazy Quilting (KP
Books, 2005). She is the editor and graphic designer of Decorating Digest Craft
& Home Projects, a subscriber-based craft magazine published six times a year.
Encouraged from an early age to indulge creative expression, Cindy has tried many mediums and particularly enjoys those that include beads, fancy fabrics, altered textiles, fibers, paper and digital designing.
