About
the Author
Author and designer Debra Quartermain combines her talent
and love of inspiring creativity by designing stylish wearables,
whimsical soft toys and sophisticated home decor items. Her
designs have been featured in magazines such as Bead Unique,
Crafts 'n Things, Country Marketplace, Create and Decorate,
Today's Creative Home Arts and PaperCrafts. Debra has authored
four books and collaborated on several others. Her books
include "Nursery Decor," "Easy-to-Sew Playful
Toys" and "Sweatshirts".
Debra also works with manufacturers to produce designs and
instructions for their products. As a speaker, Debra offers
an informative and entertaining presentation sharing her
love of creativity.
Debra creates and lives in a colorful, fabric-filled design studio
in the pretty village of New Maryland in New Brunswick, Canada with
daughters, cats, good friends and a beautiful Samoyed, Cleo, always
nearby.
