About the AuthorsRita Weiss has created many craft books and is recognized as an authority on the history of needlework. She joined the American School of Needlework in 1980 as Executive Vice President and was one of the first presidents of the International Quilt Association. Weiss is currently the President of the Crochet Guild of America. Weiss is the author of 24-Hour Crochet Projects, 24-Hour Knitting Projects, 24-Hour Quilts, Knitting for the Pampered Baby, Making Antique Quilts, Prize-Winning Quilts and Winning Quilts. Linda Causee began her professional quilting career by making models for a local needlework publishing company and was quickly promoted to quilt editor. Since then, Causee has written many of her own books, including 365 Foundation Quilt Blocks, Quilts A to Z and 24-Hour Sewing Projects. She is the co-author with Weiss of Log Cabin Quilts and Memorabilia Quilts.
