About the AuthorJanice Gunner is a leading international textile artist particularly known for her patchwork, quilting and shibori. She won the Jewel Pearce Patterson Scholarship for International Quilt Teachers, Houston, Texas in 1999 and is currently the President of the Quilter's Guild of the British Isles. A member of both the Contemporary Quilt group of QCBI and The Society of Designer Craftsmen, she has been teaching patchwork, quilting and shibori for 20 years and examples of her work are held in museums and private collections.
