Trading Cards Techniques & ATCs
|
IntroductionMake colorful cards as "Art" or make one for your "STAR". 'Artist Trading Cards', or ATCs, are fun to make and even more fun to trade! Friends around the world swap them through the mail, in online trades or through organized trading sessions. These tiny works of art should measure 2 1/2" x 3 1/2", the size of a standard baseball trading card. And they need to be flat enough to slide into a standard trading card sleeve or album pocket. Images, materials and techniques are up to the individual, so cards can be rubber stamped, painted, collaged, inked, stickered or created by any method imaginable. Decorated Trading Cards are ideal for anyone who likes small, quick projects, for testing new techniques, for trying out new rubber stamps or just for playing.
