About
the AuthorBarbara Trombley started her glitter cards in 1982. Since then, she has made major innovations to her own glitter methods. She created her own glitter colors, starting with metallic glitter and then to opaque polyester, and transparent colors. She has numerous color combination kits for artists to chose from, created by her own company, Art Institute Glitter, Inc.
