From the AuthorThe head is the first thing anyone looks at if there is a figure in a painting or drawing and a badly drawn one will ruin a piece of art no matter how good the rest of it is. The head seems difficult to draw because we think it is. It's a self-fulfilling prophecy: We expect to have trouble and we do. With a little basic understanding and lot of pleasant drawing, I will show you that heads are no harder to draw then anything else and a lot more fulfilling.
