Banquet of Quilts

IntroductionServing Up Fifteen New Projects For Your Quilting Pleasure This collection of diverse, decorative dining projects gives every quilter the opportunity to select their favorite style. From traditional to contemporary, the projects that began with simple sketches in our minds, spill out into completed additions for any home, or for the personal pleasure that comes from giving something lovely and hand made to family members and friends. From the AuthorsBanquet of Quilts is certainly not a new subject for us, however this book has a new look. The sketches are where our designs begin. The basic thoughts are sketched out to appeal to a variety of different tastes. You will find a stronger graphic approach in our step-by-step instructions to speed you along, The old saying is very true: "One picture is worth 1,000 words!" Seeing so many of our designs at quilt shows, and in the photos that our quilting friends are kind enough to share with us on our website gives us a great sense of pride and accomplishment. Knowing that you enjoy making something beautiful is giving back to us the gift that we share with you, every time we put the sketches in our minds on paper, and then translate them into fabric. These thoughts are shared with you throughout this book. Enjoy! Pam Bono, Robert Bono and Susan Clark
