Author Carol ZentgrafAbout the Author

Carol Zentgraf is a designer and writer specializing in sewing textiles, painting and decorating. She has a degree in interior design and commercial art from Drake University and has worked as an editor and designer in the craft and sewing industries for 28 years. She is the author of "Pillows, Cushions and Tuffets" and "The Well-Dressed Window" and co-author of "Decorative Storage." Her designs and articles have been published in a number of books and magazines, including "Creative Machine Embroidery," "Clotilde's Sewing Savvy," "Sew News," "Jo-Ann" magazine, "Cutting Edge," "McCall's Quick Quilts," "Better Homes and Gardens Simply Creative Sewing" and "Family Circle Home Crafts." She lives in Peoria, Ill., with her husband Dave, and has two grown children, Dan and Carolyn.
