Author Julie PopaAbout the Author

Julie Popa has been making quilts for many years and enjoys bringing her designs to life with a personality of their own. She received her BS in interior design in 1999 and enjoys incorporating those design principles into her quilts. She likes working with colors and continues to experiment with a variety of colors and prints to make each quilt unique. Julie founded Sunflower Hill Designs in 2001 to begin marketing her patterns. She resides in Smithfield, Utah, with her husband, Sean, and her four children: Shanae, Alexis, Jacklyn and Stockton.
